URS21 Chung Shan Creative Hub was a renewal project in Taipei, following its three major ideas – urban regeneration, local connectivity, and the cluster of cultural & creative industries. The book offers the innovative model of spatial governance, and explores how it successfully integrated the resources of private, public and academic sectors as well as citizen participation.
